With the 75th overall pick in the 2015 NHL entry draft, the Boston Bruins are proud to select

from the Seattle Thunderbirds of the WHL Keegan Kolesar
There he is. Your prototype Bruins forward in 6'2'' 216lbs Right Wing Keegan Kolesar. Raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba he was drafted as 1st round pick by the Seattle Thunderbirds back in 2012. He's played 2 full seasons in the WHL, last in which he totaled 38 points in 64 games including 85 penalty minutes. Kolesar is known for using his size to establish his presence, good awareness in all three zones and a great work ethic. His NHL comparable is Matt Martin from the New York Islanders. Bruins just aquired a former Thunderbirds player in undrafted Right Wing Justin Hickman.

With the 105th overall pick in the 2015 NHL entry draft, the Boston Bruins are proud to select

                                               from Cushing Academy David Cotton

The Bruins are known for drafting "local guys" and in adding Texas native David Cotton they do nothing else than that. Cotton has the biggest points total of all high school players eligible for this years draft, scoring 27 goals and 69 points in 33 games for Cushing Academy. The two-way center is set to join Boston College in the Hockey East this summer, while his brother Jason will join Northeastern. Standing 6'2'' at age 17 Cotton provides strength and a good all around game.

With the 135th overall pick in the 2015 NHL entry draft, the Boston Bruins are proud to select

from BC High School Ryan Shea

Massashusetts native Ryan Shea is a 6'0'' defender that spent his last 3 seasons at BC High. He will join Northeastern University next summer to play in the Hockey East. In 2014-15 he achieved 35 points in 22 games as the teams captain. Shea is a 3rd round draft pick by the Youngstown Phantoms, the team he'll likely play for this upcoming season.

With the 165th overall pick in the 2015 NHL entry draft, the Boston Bruins are proud to select

from Rögle of the Allsvenskan League Gustav Olhaver

Bruins scouting in Europe has recently been a success and with Gustav Olhaver they add another Swede to their prospect pool. At the age of 17 Olhaver is already 6'6'' tall and played with Rögles Under 20 team in Swedens top Junior league. Despite playing against players who were 2-3 years older than him, Olhaver managed 12 points in 41 games in his debut season. He also appeared in the Under 18 World Championship for Sweden, where he scored against Russia. The Center / Left-Wing is fairly agile and a well-skating forward compared to his size. It's a long way into the NHL for anyone beeing picked that late and especially from Europe but B's 6th round selection from 2013 Anton Blidh, has been the recent example for getting an ELC and a chance at NHL hockey in the near future.

With the 195th overall pick in the 2015 NHL entry draft, the Boston Bruins are proud to select

from Saint John of the QMJHL Mathieu Joseph

If Joseph is still available at this point, GM Sweeney has got to go with him. In his first full season with Saint John, the Right Wing scored 21 goals and 21 assists in 59 games. Another option here would be his teammate Spencer Smallman, who plays more like a grinder.
